General Policies

  • We have made every effort to supply our customers with literature that is informative, descriptive and accurate: however, we are not responsible for errors or misinterpretations of the products contained in this web site.

  • Because of our quest to have the best and most current products you need, we also reserve the right to make changes in part numbers, specifications and prices without notice.

Payment Terms

  • Wrico International will accept payment by C.O.D., cash or wire transfer.

  • Any net account that is beyond their current terms, as mutually agreed upon on an individual basis, will have their orders placed on credit hold and will be charged a 1.5% service charge on past due invoices.

  • N.S.F. returned checks will be charged a $35.00 handling fee. Any account demonstrating a history of N.S.F. checks will be disqualified for sale.

Shipping Policies

Freight

  • All items are offered for sale F.O.B., Eugene, Oregon, unless otherwise specified.

  • All orders will be shipped via the most cost efficient method.

Damage Claims

  • All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and damage claims filed with the carrier immediately.

  • We are not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us.

Warranty & Returns Policy

Warranty

  • All Wrico Generator products are warranted for workmanship, but should be inspected on arrival to ensure accuracy.

  • We do not warrant any products that have been incorrectly installed, repaired, altered or otherwise misused.

  • Customer is responsible for all freight charges on warranty returns.

Returns

  • All returned items must have prior approval from Wrico Generators and have the return goods authorization (RGA) number marked on the outside of the container.

  • All return goods are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Return goods not properly packaged in original package will be refused. Customer is responsible for all freight charges on returned merchandise.

  • There will be no return approval on special order items, electrical items or items not kept in stock.
